This policy describes prohibited uses of Parcel Signals.
Do not misuse the Service
You may not use Parcel Signals to violate law, infringe rights, commit fraud, compromise security, interfere with the Service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or facilitate unlawful activity.
No unlawful housing discrimination
You may not use Parcel Signals to discriminate unlawfully in housing, lending, brokerage, advertising, tenant selection, acquisition, disposition, or other real-estate activity, including unlawful redlining or prohibited decisions based on protected characteristics.
No scraping, bulk extraction, or resale
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically download, mirror, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or expose Parcel Signals data, reports, scores, rankings, or other outputs through another service or database.
No reverse engineering or AI training
You may not reverse engineer proprietary scoring systems, source normalization, ranking logic, taxonomies, models, or methodologies. You may not use Parcel Signals content or derived outputs to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or improve artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without prior written permission.
No account abuse
You may not share credentials beyond the users permitted by your subscription, bypass plan limitations, evade access controls, automate access in a manner not expressly supported, or use multiple accounts to avoid pricing or usage limits.
No misrepresentation
You may not present Parcel Signals outputs as a licensed appraisal, guaranteed forecast, government certification, professional investment recommendation, or statement issued or endorsed by a public agency.
Enforcement
Parcel Signals may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.
